Miley Out for Milkshakes

Miley Cyrus was all smiles when she dined out with a group of friends at Mr. Chow’s in Beverly Hills on Monday night (October 4). Afterwards the group headed to Millions of Milkshakes for a treat. Miley has her hair extensions back on and she looks beautiful except this time i can actually tell she has hair extensions on.
