Miley hat mal wieder ein Interview gegeben, indem sie zu dem Vergleich mit Britney Stellung nimmt:

'Ich bekomme das immer zu hören. Ich versuche alles in meinem Leben positiv anzusehen. Ich könnte auch negativ denken und das ansehen, was sie (Britney) falsch gemacht hat und dann sagen: 'Hey, wie könnt ihr mich mit ihr vergleichen?
Oder eben ich bin die positiv denkende Person und schaue auf zu der tollen Geschichte, die sie geschrieben hat und was sie alles gemacht hat, und ich werde es als Kompliment nehmen.

Ich habe mich entschieden, es als Kompliment zu nehmen.'

'I get that all the time. I try to look at everything in my life as positive. I can either look at it and say it’s negative, and look at the things she’s done wrong, and say, ‘How can someone compare me to her?
Or, I could be the positive person and look at all the amazing history that she’s made, and the things that she’s accomplished, and I’ll take it as a compliment.

I choose to take it as a compliment.'
